01What is a custom team Tracker Tag?
It is a durable round bag tag personalized with your club, school, or team logo and attached with black braided paracord, a black carabiner, and a split ring. Choose Android Tracker, Apple-Compatible Tracker, genuine Apple AirTag Edition, or Case-Only.
02How do we start a custom club, school, or team order?
Choose Custom Team, enter your team name, upload a PNG, JPG, or WebP logo, and confirm that the logo uses four colors or fewer. Individual families can continue to secure Stripe Checkout. Coaches and team managers can request an artwork and roster review before payment.
03Can families order and pay for a custom logo Tracker Tag individually?
Yes. A parent can upload the logo and place a single custom order through secure Stripe Checkout. Creo Labs Studio reviews the final logo placement before production and follows up only if an artwork detail needs clarification.
04What is included with a custom Tracker Tag?
Android Tracker, Apple-Compatible Tracker, and genuine Apple AirTag Edition include the selected tracking device. Case-Only does not include a tracker. Every edition uses the same durable Tracker Tag body and all-black paracord attachment hardware.
05Do roster and bulk team orders receive a discount?
Yes. Orders of five or more Tracker Tags receive 15% off automatically. The group rate is the best available price and replaces the introductory launch offer rather than stacking with it.
06Can a team order be shipped or picked up?
Yes. Standard orders can choose free field pickup or $7 flat-rate U.S. shipping at checkout. For roster orders, fulfillment details are confirmed after the artwork and quantity review.
