01Does every Tracker Tag include a tracking device?

Android Tracker, Apple-Compatible Tracker, and Apple AirTag Edition each include the tracking device. Case-Only is for families who already own a compatible tracker and does not include a device.

02Which Tracker Tag edition should I choose?

Choose Android Tracker for Android phones, Apple-Compatible Tracker for Apple phones using the Find My network without an Apple-branded AirTag, or Apple AirTag Edition for a genuine Apple AirTag.

03Can I put my team or club logo on a Tracker Tag?

Yes. Choose the custom team option, enter your team or club name, and upload your logo. Custom logos may use up to four colors. Creo Labs Studio reviews the artwork before sending final details and payment instructions.

04Is a Tracker Tag a live GPS or child-safety tracker?

No. A Tracker Tag helps families find belongings such as backpacks and sports bags. Location updates are not always live or continuous, and it is not a replacement for adult supervision or an emergency-safety device.

05Do group orders receive a discount?

Yes. Orders of five or more Tracker Tags automatically receive 15% off. The group rate is the best available price and replaces the introductory launch discount rather than stacking with it.

06How long do Tracker Tag orders take?

Standard orders are estimated to be ready about two weeks after payment is confirmed. Custom team orders first receive an artwork review, then a final timeline and payment details before production begins.

07Can I choose field pickup or shipping?

Yes. Standard orders can be set for field pickup or U.S. shipping during checkout. Pickup and shipping details are shared as each order moves through production.
